COVID-19 Our Services & The New Tier System

In light of the governments announcement on 23.11.20 Elemental Fitness has laid out its plans below regarding how we will continue to deliver our services dependent on which tier we are in as of 06:30am on Wednesday 02.12.20. Updates on which phase we will enter as a company will be provided by text, email and social media. This article will provide you with full information of which services will be running subject to the tier we are currently in.

All guidelines are still advised and our COVID-19 Procedures will exist until further notice.

Phase 1 – Business as usual (Tier 1 & 2)

Personal training, adults group classes and children's group glasses will continue as normal.

*please note class sizes may be reduced via the app to fall in line with tier restrictions.

Should a member need to self-isolate or not attend classes due to the Coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak please follow our existing Covid-19 procedures. Please email a member of our team on info@elemental-fitness.com letting us know. Due to the high volume of cancellations at this time we require all members to email to help us manage your request.

Phase 2 - Personal Training & Children's Group Classes Only (Tier 3)

Personal training and children's group glasses will continue as normal.

*please note class sizes may be reduced via the app to fall in line with tier restrictions.

Should a member need to self-isolate or not attend classes due to the Coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak please follow our existing Covid-19 procedures. Please email a member of our team on info@elemental-fitness.com letting us know. Due to the high volume of cancellations at this time we require all members to email to help us manage your request.

Adult Group classes will be cancelled until further notice therefore we have devised 3 options below:

- Use any missed classes at a future date with no time scale on expiry (usual t&cs apply). Email info@elemental-fitness.com

- Use your membership credit towards one to one training during this phase. If you chose this option, you will receive 20% off your personal training. Email info@elemental-fitness.com

- It is possible to pause your membership with immediate effect for reasons such as loss of income, unpaid leave and redundancies as a result of the coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic. As above please email info@elemental-fitness.com if you need to use this option.

- Personal training sessions will be scheduled as normal. Should a client need to self-isolate due to the Coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak please follow our existing Covid-19 procedures.

Phase 3 – Full closure of facilities

All personal training sessions will be cancelled until further notice therefore we have devised 2 options below

- Reschedule any missed personal training sessions as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic to a future date with no expiry date (usual t&cs apply). Email info@elemental-fitness.com

- It is possible to pause your membership with immediate effect for reasons such as loss of income, unpaid leave and redundancies as a result of the coronavirus (Covid-19). As above please email info@elemental-fitness.com if you need to use this option.

All group classes will be cancelled until further notice therefore we have devised 3 options below:

Further Information

We are preparing to reopen at 06:30am on Wednesday 02.12.20 as advised by the government.

For those who have invested their time and money into Elemental Fitness Ltd please rest assured we are prepared for personal training and group classes to move between tiers using our group class bookings app.

We continue to work with My PT Hub to move services online when needed and/or offer this as an alternative way to train with Elemental Fitness Ltd. We hope to move into a stage 4 of the app in the coming weeks. Further details regarding the introduction of our new app can be found here.
