Elemental Kickboxing Leeds Business Structure Change

As Elemental Kickboxing Leeds continues to grow, we are making an important administrative change to better support the long-term development of the club.

We want to keep all members fully informed and ensure complete transparency as we move forward.

What is changing?

We are formally separating the martial arts club operations from the wider personal training and fitness services currently operated through Elemental Fitness Ltd.

From this point forward, the kickboxing club will operate under a new dedicated company:

Elemental Kickboxing Leeds Ltd

Elemental Fitness Ltd will continue to operate separately, focusing on personal training, fitness coaching, and wider fitness services.

What this means for Elemental Kickboxing Leeds

From a member perspective, nothing about your day-to-day training is changing.

This is a structural and administrative update behind the scenes only.

You will still experience:

The same coaching team

The same classes and timetable

The same training venue

The same club environment and community

The club you know and train with remains exactly the same.

Why we are making this change

As the club has expanded, it has become increasingly important to create a clearer structure between different areas of the business.

This change allows us to improve:

Clearer operational management – separating club and personal training operations

Improved financial organisation – ensuring each area of the business is managed accurately

Long-term development – allowing both the club and fitness services to grow independently

Better planning and structure – supporting future expansion and sustainability

This is a positive step designed to strengthen the foundations of both sides of the business moving forward.

Memberships and payments

As part of this transition, existing Direct Debit memberships will automatically transfer from Elemental Fitness Ltd to Elemental Kickboxing Leeds Ltd.

There is no action required from members.

Your payments will continue as normal, without interruption, and your membership will remain exactly the same.

Over time, you may see small updates in:

Payment references

Membership documents

Company names on communications or receipts

These changes are purely administrative and reflect the new business structure.
