COVID-19 Our Services & The New 4 Step Plan

And we’re back, again…but this time things do feel more promising…

As it stands we have a provisional plan to reopen the facilities for personal training and children’s kickboxing classes on the 12.04.21. The team is very excited to return and we hope you are too!

Under government guidance we are now dropping the COVID-19 Action Plan Lockdown #3 as the tier system will no longer be in play. We are now moving onto the 4 step plan/roadmap set out in the announcement on 22.02.20. It has been made clear the dates on the road map will be under regular review, and are dependent on several other factors, such as the success of the vaccine programme/s, the effectiveness against current and future variants and the avoidance of a significant surge in hospitalisations and/or deaths as a result of COVID-19.

Please see below details of how this roadmap will impact Elemental Fitness and its services.

Step 1 (08.03.21)

Full closure of the facilities will continue.

All personal training sessions will be cancelled until further notice therefore we will continue to offer the following options below

- Reschedule any missed personal training sessions as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic to a future date with no expiry date (usual t&cs apply). Email info@elemental-fitness.com

- To use any membership credit you have accrued with Elemental Fitness towards group classes and/or online personal training with Elemental Fitness Online via My PT Hub. Email info@elemental-fitness.com

- It is possible to pause your membership with immediate effect for reasons such as loss of income, unpaid leave and redundancies as a result of the coronavirus (Covid-19). As above please email info@elemental-fitness.com if you need to use this option.

All group classes will be cancelled until further notice therefore we have devised 3 options below:

- Use any missed classes at a future date with no time scale on expiry (usual t&cs apply). Email info@elemental-fitness.com

- Use your membership credit towards one to one training during this phase. If you chose this option, you will receive 20% off your personal training. Email info@elemental-fitness.com

- To use your membership credit towards online personal training with Elemental Fitness Online via My PT Hub. Email info@elemental-fitness.com

- It is possible to pause your membership with immediate effect for reasons such as loss of income, unpaid leave and redundancies as a result of the coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic. As above please email info@elemental-fitness.com if you need to use this option.

Step 2 (12.04.21)

Personal training and children's group classes will reopen.

*please note class sizes may be reduced via the app to fall in line with restrictions.

Under this step, for now, please can all members continue to follow COVID-19 guidelines. Should a member need to self-isolate or not attend classes due to the Coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak please follow our existing Covid-19 procedures. Please email a member of our team on info@elemental-fitness.com letting us know. Due to the high volume of cancellations at this time we require all members to email to help us manage your request.

Adult Group classes will continue to be cancelled, therefore we will be continuing to offer the following options to members.

- Use any missed classes at a future date with no time scale on expiry (usual t&cs apply). Email info@elemental-fitness.com

- Use your membership credit towards one to one training during this phase. If you chose this option, you will receive 20% off your personal training. Email info@elemental-fitness.com

Step 3 (17.05.21)

Personal training and children's group classes will continue as normal. Adults group classes will reopen.

Step 4 (21.06.21)

Personal training, children's group classes and adult group classes will continue as normal. The return of all Elemental Fitness procedures will be reimplemented with the continuation of such programs like, the Elemental Fitness Challenge, practical gradings and events.

Further Information

We expect to have a more definitive answer of our reopening date by w/c 05.04.21. The government require 4 weeks worth of data from 08.03.21 before they can commit to a date. The same rule will be applied between step 2 and 3, and step 3 and 4.

As previously mentioned, for those who have invested their time and money into Elemental Fitness Ltd please rest assured we are prepared for personal training and group classes to return.

We continue to work with My PT Hub to move services online when needed and/or offer this as an alternative way to train with Elemental Fitness Ltd. Further details regarding the introduction of our new app can be found here.
