Our 6 Week Beginners Thai Boxing Course is designed specifically for complete beginners wanting to learn authentic Thai Boxing techniques in a supportive, structured, and motivating environment.

Led by experienced coach Ahsan, this course combines technical striking development, conditioning, movement, and fight fitness to help you develop strong foundations week by week — regardless of your current fitness or experience level.

Meet Your Coach – Ahsan

Ahsan brings over 10 years of experience in Boxing and Muay Thai training, alongside real competition and coaching experience within combat sports.

His background includes:

Certified England Boxing Coach

International Muay Thai training experience in Thailand

12 Muay Thai interclub fights competed

3 White-Collar Boxing bouts competed

Experience coaching beginners through to competitive athletes

Technical striking development in Boxing & Muay Thai

Fight preparation and corner coaching experience

Strength and conditioning for combat sports

Ahsan’s coaching style focuses heavily on discipline, progression, fundamentals, and helping every participant improve at their own pace in a welcoming environment.

What You’ll Learn

Throughout the 6 weeks, participants will progressively build their Thai Boxing skills through structured sessions covering:

Week 1 – Thai Boxing Fundamentals, Stance, Footwork & Guard

Learn the core fundamentals of Muay Thai including stance, movement, balance, guard position, and basic striking mechanics.

Week 2 – Powerful Punches & Basic Combinations

Develop boxing fundamentals, punching technique, and simple combinations while improving timing and coordination.

Week 3 – Kicks, Knees & Striking Techniques

Learn how to deliver effective kicks and knees safely while developing proper striking technique and control.

Week 4 – Defensive Skills, Movement & Pad Work

Improve your reactions, defensive movement, blocking, and partner pad work drills.

Week 5 – Bag Drills, Pads, Conditioning & Fight Fitness

Push your fitness and endurance with heavy bag drills, pad rounds, conditioning exercises, and combat sports fitness training.

Week 6 – Putting It All Together: Thai Boxing Skills & Fitness Challenge

Combine everything learned throughout the course in a fun and challenging final session designed to test your progress and confidence.
